In connection with enquiries submitted via contact forms, telephone, email or WhatsApp, we may process identity data (full name), contact data (phone, email), business data (company name), enquiry content and message text, and transaction-security data (IP address, browser/device information, cookie logs).

We do not seek to collect special categories of personal data. Please do not submit such data in form fields.

Personal data are processed to receive and respond to machinery sales, installation and technical-support enquiries; prepare quotations and capacity/layout assessments; conduct pre-contractual discussions; manage customer relationships and after-sales support; comply with legal obligations; and maintain information security.

Processing is carried out under KVKK Article 5 where it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation, for our legitimate interests, and — where required — on the basis of explicit consent.

Data are collected by automated or partly automated means through website forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.

Data may be shared, solely to the extent required for the purposes above, with hosting/infrastructure providers, competent public authorities where mandatory, and — only as required by your enquiry — manufacturer or logistics partners. Cross-border transfers, if any, are handled in accordance with KVKK.

Personal data are retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable limitation/retention periods, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

As a data subject you may request to learn whether your data are processed; obtain information about processing; learn the purpose and whether use is consistent with that purpose; know third parties to whom data are transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7; object to adverse outcomes arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
